These are adjustable drive line extensions to suit 0-24mm of carrier bearing drop, with two 12mm spacers. allowing your drive line to work properly and reduce drive line vibrations. Adjust the spacers according to your lift height, and so that the drive line is as close to a factory angle as possible.
