Returns and Refunds Policy
This website and its policies are owned by LOSA 4X4 LLC, operating under the name RHINO 4X4.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for purchases made beyond this time frame.
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Bumpers, rocksliders, roof racks, and bed racks.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable products.
To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To initiate a return, email us at rhino4x4usa@gmail.com with the subject line "Online Order Refund" and attach your purchase invoice. If you cannot locate your invoice, please notify us.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Products with clear signs of use.
- Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Non-Returnable Products
For logistical and handling reasons, the following products are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Bumpers.
- Rocksliders.
- Roof racks.
- Bed racks.

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).
- Contact your bank to confirm any delays in processing.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at rhino4x4usa@gmail.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be processed to the gift giver.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
International Returns and Customs Fees
We are not responsible for international returns, customs fees, or additional charges incurred in the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend reviewing local customs regulations and return policies before making a purchase.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
